Cadillac Magazine-Seasoned to Taste

Around a third of the world’s population relies regularly on insects as a source of protein.  Together with Cadillac Magazine, we explored the latest trends of dishes prepared with delicious little bugs in western mainstream cuisine.  LA-based chef Laurent Quenioux of Mission Bistro fame, serves edible insects during special pop-up events.  His creations are adventurous but always delectable and his plating is absolutely superb.  To see the beautiful cover, photographed by the one and only Levon Biss, as well as the full editorial image series, please click -> here.
